1. The alarm goes off

Whether grandma forgot her user code, dinner is burning, or there is a real emergency, your system is in alarm and the siren is blaring.

2. The phone rings

You receive a phone call from a live person asking if you need police assistance. (This is in addition to the interactive cancel/verify feature mentioned above). If it was a false alarm, just request they disregard the alarm. They’ll verify your identity with your personal safe word and wish you a nice day.

3. Help is on the way (if you need it)

If it is a true emergency, the authorities are notified directly and given any necessary instructions to best assist you.
